Ok, first off hi to everyone here. I have been lurking here for awhile so I have decided to post.
Here's my question: I am 5'8" and I weigh 180 lbs. I have started to workout using a gazelle for about 25 mins 5 days a week. It equals out to about 2 miles. I do ab work also. I take creatine and protein also. I take a multivitamin, EFA's, and Xenadrine along with 5g of creatine first thing in the morning. I then do my cardio work and ab work. After the workout, I have a protein shake. I also drink a 1/2 gallon of water a day. Well, my question is am I doing this right, or is there something else I should be doing? My goal is to be at 165 or less by June 1st and lose my tummy fat. Help please.
Sorry, my diet includes the protein shake for breakfast, a turkey and swiss on whole wheat for lunch and dinner usually something like chicken and veggies for dinner.
Really? See the people at GNC will tell you anything to sell it to you. I was told that the creatine will help my muscles not be as fatigued and help me burn fat faster.
