1st time treadmiller-eating ??
Hi, I just bought a treadmill to help get a little exercise into my day. With the exception of physical therapy a few years ago when I hurt my back, I've never really used a treadmill or have done any kind of regular exercising.
My question is this. I'm planning on using my treadmill in the morning before I start my day and I'm wondering, should I eat my breakfast before I use it or should I wait until afterward. Am I supposed to fuel my muscles or walk on an empty stomach? Also, same question, if I should want to walk later in the day/evening, is it best to do it after dinner, perhaps a half an hour to an hour, or should I walk and then eat afterward?
