'Legal' Steroids
Is there any kind of "legal" steroids someone can buy over the counter that doesnt have any side effects? I just started working out and would love to gain muscle for the up comming swimming season. Any advice?

No there is absolutely not. best bet is a solid diet and an effective weight program.

Steroid is not a magic drug that you take and in one day u gain muscle. In fact you have to work harder. Theres no such thing as a legal steroid.

The only "legal" steroids available in the United States are by prescription from your doctor. No self respecting and responsible physician would every prescribe them for athletic purposes. Androstene, known as a prohormone to testosterone, was once legal but now is banned as well. Forget it pal, be smart and safe...
