I have been eating the Atkins Advantage bars. I'm not doing atkins, but they're the right price, healthy, and easily available.
I'd recommend going to the 5-6 meals/day rather than just 3 meals, 2 of which being from an MRP thing. My favorite time to eat these is between real meals. I eat a real breakfast, a few hours later I have an mrp bar, lunch a few hours later, another mrp a few hours after that, work out a couple hours after that, eat dinner as soon as I get home. If I'm hungry again later, I'll try to find something reasonable to eat. I find this works best as it lets me eat real meals made from real food when time allows (before work, during my hour for lunch, and after work) and provides me with a quick, instant, healthy meal in those between times when I'm not provided the time to actually make something and sit down and eat it.
