Question exercise tips for someone with terrible endurance?

I've tried jogging in the mornings lately. But honestly I can't ever go more than about 1 minute. My breathing just gets so hard I can't breath any harder. I get a pounding headache.

is there maybe something else I should be doing first to build up a little endurance?

Re: exercise tips for someone with terrible endurance?

start with brisk walking ancd work up to jogging. After you can huff it along for 20 minutes or so straight, start interjecting 30 seconds of jogging at a time, as much as you can handle. Intervals are a great way to build endurance. Just watch your heart rate. Don't push too hard too fast.
