Hello. My name is Allie, I'm a 24 y/o girl, 5'8" and I weight 115 pounds. I'm actually underweight. Good metabolism. For almost 6 years I didn't gain a pound. I went on the bc pill last year, and since then my tummy has started to get flabbier. My hips got bigger (no problems there) and unfortunately my breasts stayed the same haha. My question is about my tummy. I can't stand it. I'm far from the type of person who would become anorexic or bulemic (sorry for butchering that spelling), but I'm very unhappy with my belly. I'm a smoker, and I know all of you will say to quit first thing, and I'm working on that, but the point being that I have trouble running (or even walking quickly) because I run out of breath quickly. I know I have to do cardio to get my tummy smaller ... any recommendations? I don't want to lose weight, thats not my goal. I just don't want my stomach to look like this anymore. It's really bothering me ... any advice would be wonderful.
