Hi Everyone,

I have an age-old question. I am a 29 year old guy, not fat, maybe a bit heavily built. I am embarasses about my appearance because I have man-boobs. I am always conscious of them to the point that it is affecting my self-esteem. I always wear oversized, loose clothes to help reduce the embarassment. I also tend to avoid relationships because I think the women will make fun of me due to my boobs.

Any suggestions how to get rid of them?

Also, I was reading up stuff on the internet and came across a gel called Andractim that is supposed to help with this. Anybody used that before? I don't want to start using it without some background info, the thing might have side-effects that are bad.
