Hey guys! man, i am obsessive. neways, i have been surfing the web and i made a new plan.
well. its not really new, but im subtracting sum stuff from it. for the rest of march, i am going to eat what i have been eating...possibly even more. i will continue my weight training. (pushups, curls, squats), but i will cut the cardio way down. i wont skip rope or go for morning or daily jogs. i need the calories to gain. i know i will gain fat and i am willing. by april, i am hoping ill be bigger and be able to start skip roping and stuff so i am prepared for baseball season. and its badminton season now, so i need to be in shape for that. but for this month, if i do all my running around in gym, badminton, and dancing lessons, but sit and be lazy at home (yay

) with my daily stretches and muscle training, i should be good. then at april, ill increase my cardio to get rid of the body fat but still manage to keep the muscle. By June then, i am hoping ill maintain. or if i do this non cardio thing till June, then whatnot..haha
My goal is to be in shape and have a figure by July. if i look a little fat or whatever for the next couple of months, i am just going to have to accept it. its a good thing neways! im still skin and bones. well...i see some meat coming, so thats good.
