I am a 31 year old femal on a mission who can use some help reaching my goal. I am 5"1' and 105 lbs, I am wanting to gain about 8 ilbs by july 16, my wedding day. I have always been a small woman, dispite the fact that I am a mother of 2. About a year ago I got up to 122 lbs by eating lots of junk food all day long. I was able to keep it on for about a year, but I was a stay at home mom at the time. I have gone back to work and have since lost almost 20 lbs. Im a black woman and an *** in the black community is very important. The first time I put on nothing but fat. This time I want more muscal but some fat to, I dont want a HARD BUTT. I need some exercises I can do that will help to shape my butt. I also need some dietary suppliment that will help me meet my weight gain goal. I just dont have much of an appetite, never have, so I need somehthing loaded with calories.
I am working out about 5 days a week, but because I'm not eating as much as I should Im afraid I will lose instead of gain. If there is anyone who can help guide me, please do...... HELP A SISTA OUT
