stomach buldge? need words of advice

I was looking at myself in the mirror, and noticed that i can make my tummy expand far. i can make myself literally look pregnant without trying and i really hate it! i can do 100 curls, but i can still expand my tummy. i forgot that i had that ability, cuz when i had my ED, i lost so much weight, i couldnt do it nemore...but now that i am eating, its coming back! and i feel fat! ugh! what can i do? i dont want to fall back into my old ways!

Almost everyone can push their stomach out to look huge and bloated. The thing is, you don't naturally push your stomach out that way so it's a bad gauge for what you perceive as weight gain. In your last post you said you knew you'd gain a little weight/ fat, so don't panic. Keep reminding yourself that some fat is NORMAL and what you're doing is not related to fat. When you're just walking around you probably look perfectly normal. Just don't *push* your stomach out.

Okay, thanks! i just had a panic attack. but all the fat (well not all but..) most of it will eventually move thru my body? because it looks weird, i am flat chested with scrawny shoulders and legs, then i have this huge stomach. haha must look silly.

Don't push your stomach out like that! It'll stay that way! Don't cross your eyes either, or crack your knuckles, or stick out your tongue too far either!
