Questions about creatine

I have heard much about creatine and was starting to wonder if I should take it or not. People have said that you will get bigger and stronger fast, but I have also heard that once you stop taking it you get much smaller. If you take it should you take it after a workout for example could I mix it with some whey protein powder? How much should you take at first and is it safe? Would you reccomend creatine? Thanks

Creatine will make you bigger but your muscles will only appear bigger however they will be very soft because creatine brings water to your muscles and thats what gives them a bigger look. I wouldn't recommened taking it but rather go with the whey protien or maybe NO2, id say talk to some physical trainers or do some research on the web. Best of luck.

Creatine is a cell volumizer and it works to add extra "energy" (to make a long technical explanation short) It is good if the application is sprinting or powerlifting, something that requires explosive power. For the general lifter I believe its cost is not worth its benefit.

Start with a rock solid diet and multi vitamin/mineral. Next most valuable supplement is Proetin powders followed by Glutamine and BCAA's. Most supplements are just hype.
