Question Building muscle

I am new, so I don't know if this has been asked before or not. I workout about 4-6 times a week. I was wondering, in order to gain muscle do I do fewer reps and more weight, or same weight and more reps once my muscles gets used to the amount I am currently doing? Thanks in advance.

Re: Building muscle

Its a mix of proper volume and ever increasing strength. always stay with good form and strive to add weight. There is a correalation between strength and size when proper volume is added
