What exactly are steppers good for? I mean do they help you build muscles in your legs, or do they help trim hips? I have one and was just wondering what areas they target? Thanks a million!!
Steppers are great when used the right way. Many people use them wrong (looking like they are stepping on hot coals)haha while leaning on the bars in front. You need to take longer steps and work the butt and all of the legs. Be sure to stand up straight and use the front bars only for balance not all your weight. I recommend other CARDIO equipment (eliptical or treadmill) for a good cardio workout though.
