Good yoga workouts??
I really like doing yoga classes, but my gym hasn't replaced the instructor since she's left so I am left to fend for myself and do it on my own.
I am looking for a good muscle toning yoga (may be 45 minutes to an hour)workout that is slow enough for me to feel the stretch and keep my "zen mode". (I have been doing it for years so I don't need an introductory workout- soemthing a bit more advanced)
I have the 20 minute series from Rodney Yee, but he goes so fast that I dont feel like I'm benefitting form the workout. The hour long tapes I have are good but I need some fresh new workouts.
