Ok, this is a pretty simple question.
I've been trying to lose weight for a long time, and haven't been successful. My question is: what are some tips to lose this? (Hopefully you'll know that I'm male.)
Anyway, that seems like a stupid question. I know diet is the most important thing, so I'm working on that. What I really want to know is what exercises are best for losing weight?
I want to do exercises mentioned by people like you guys who have actually LOST weight doing them. Again, I know diet is important, but I want some exercises to do to.
I hear that cardio is good and all, but I'm not specifically sure what that means. (I'm only 14 and haven't really ever exercised a lot and etc.)
Anyway, if you can help, that'd be really appreciated.
