All beans are good. Some have slightly different nutritional profiles, but they are generally fairly high in protein, fiber, and some minerals. I say do with whichever kinds you prefer.
As far as eggs, I don't see why not. Yolks once in a while are not so bad, so long as you account for the calories/fat in your diet (and have no cholesterol issues). Yolks have a lot of good vitamins and protein, but moderation is the key, as with anything.
