Elliptical vs. Jogging
Why is it that I can go 30-40 minutes on the elliptical with no problems, but I run out of breath in a few minutes when I jog/run?
I use the elliptical due to a problem with my foot (I can't do impact for very long), but I would like to jog occasionally. However, it seems like training on the elliptical doesn't equate to increased endurance for regular jogging.
Does anyone else find this? and what can I do?
