my routine

my stats are male 5'7 1/2 weight = 165 pounds
id like to get bigger, and more muscular

is this a good wrokout

day 1

bench press/ incline bench
barbell curls
pushups/ dumbell flys

day 2 -

squats
dead lifts
crunches/leg raises


ialso in the sumer i walk the golf course so that takes cardio.



is this an okay routine, or will i just get fatter.

First its chest, Biceps, legs and low back - you missed a few groups shoulders triceps lats??

Second squats and deads on the same day is a bit rough.

How much rest before you repeat?

At face value this is not a good plan for your goals.

How long have you been working out? How old are you? Do you know your bodyfat percentage? And of course if you want to gain lean mass diet is 80% of the battle - what is your diet like?
