Stomach fat!!

I'm 146 and I still have so much FAT!! I would like to be 130 and I do cardio 5 days a week for 60min and strength training 2 days a week and I still don't see it ever coming off!! That's my problem area! I'm about 16 pounds away from goal and I'm having surgery sometime in june and I would like to be at or near goal weight and to have a flatter stomach!! I know the answer is cardio but I just want it to come off now!!! Thanks for letting me vent!! P.S. My trainer said if it's the first place that you gain then it's the last place to loose and go!! Is that true?

The real answer is diet. Diet is 80% of the battle. In fact your cardio is a little high for my liking. Optimally I never train someone with more than 45 min 5 x per week and at a min I use three days strength training.

I'd be interested in seeing a sample of your diet to see if there are some areas to tighten up.
