I'm 146 and I still have so much FAT!! I would like to be 130 and I do cardio 5 days a week for 60min and strength training 2 days a week and I still don't see it ever coming off!! That's my problem area! I'm about 16 pounds away from goal and I'm having surgery sometime in june and I would like to be at or near goal weight and to have a flatter stomach!! I know the answer is cardio but I just want it to come off now!!! Thanks for letting me vent!! P.S. My trainer said if it's the first place that you gain then it's the last place to loose and go!! Is that true?
