hey! well, u all know me..haha i am the one wanting to get beefed. nehoo, ever since my ED and became a rake, i lost all my muscle strength in my arms AND LEGS! in ballet i cannot turn out my legs!! no matter how hard i work, i could never turn my darn feet out.
is there ne good leg exercises i can use to help? my dance recital is April 29th, so by then i should be more meaty and have more strength. my leg leg excercises right now are squats and kicker thingies..but yah. WHAT SHALL I DO? i swear, my dance teacher is going to spaz...haha
