i am a 27 yr old mom with a 2 yr old i have well i think i have come a long way after having my son i was 176 and know i am down 128 (woohoo thought i would never make it )
and it is going on 3yrs (wow)
so i guess other people with the same simularites as me really gets me going , i love hearing other peoples weight goals , there exersice schedules ,what they eat and what they do to stay in shape ( just kick me out if i am in the wrong forum haha)
but i guess i am coming here for motivation , i seem to fal off the wagon every know and then and when i do .....watch out!
not a good site for me ,
so if any one wants to keep me going or tell me what they do to stay motvated i would love to hear it
wel i wanna hear it anyway no matter what so ladies .....
