I am hoping someone can help me with advice. I am wanting to start exercising and lose 25 pounds (ordered by doctor) due to gaining weight on DepoProvera. I have a lot of cellulite on my legs/thighs. I am wanting to run but I am wondering if I should be doing weight lifting and machine work more than just running. I welcome any suggestions. My diet is fine. I am a health fanatic, so that is not an issue, just my physical fitness. The cellulite is hereditary, I have had it since childhood and although there have been times where it was very minimal and I looked great, right now it has spread to my legs and I definitely need to get it off. I know if I lose the weight I will look better.
