exercise...

ok. i am a 16 yr old male, 5'9, and weigh about 155. i recently lossed A LOT of weight. about 75 ibs. i went from 215 to 140...but then when i started eating again i gained some back...but now the gaining has slowed down. so now i really want to start exercising so that i will be able to eat normally. i really dont do that much...im not involved in sports or anything like that...the most exercise i get is throwin my guitar all over the place in my hardcore band lol. so i have a treadmill, and free weights...but i have no clue what i should be doing to exercise...i really want to have a firm stomach.i dont want to be muscular or anything...i just want to lose all the fat, without being a huge muscular person. while i was losing weight...i did pushups and stuff like that...so now i have a really muscular chest...but i dont want that...i want it to be smaller....so any ideas?
