Well, I would say all the common sense healthy foods, vegetables, low GI fruits in moderation, whole grains in moderation, egg whites, chicken, turkey, canned tuna, most seafood, wild rice, again you can eat all the right foods, but even though your eating healthy food if you eat huge meals or take in too many calories it doesn't really matter how healthy the food is, you won't lose weight. Also, make sure you have an aggressive exercise routine in place and I would lay off the bread if your trying to lose weight. Good luck!
