hey..well i could shure feel the weight gain. but my stomach sticks out. i donno of its just me and my old ways of my "ed", but frig me. 2nite is my ab nie, so ill do a half hour of crunches, but yet even afterwards i feel like it buldges out. it will take a while before my body settles in to the normal weight eh?
try doing lots of different variations of ab excercises. eg. reverse curls, pelvic tilts, bicycle crunches, oblique twists, that kinda thing. every part of the abs needs to be worked to enusre you get a flat tum.
okay! thanks for ur guyses encouraging words...i have no idea what i'd do without this website! its really too bad theres no gym or nething around here...otherwise i'd try all those different workouts...like, the trees here are so limp, i cannot do a chinup, or we cant afford a big excercise machine, so...but if i keep up with my routine, i should be good! and with baseball coming? my swings of the bat are going to kill...haha
