Lately, due to my lack of babysitting help, I find I am only getting to do weight training twice a week. Is it too much to be doing all upper body one day and lower body the other in order to fit in a week's worth of weight training?
Not at all. Overtraining would be doing workouts every day. Doing upper body one day and lower on another is a very sound system for those on time constraints.

I guess I am asking if this is overtraining because it takes me a good hour to do upper body add abs and that's another 10. I thought I read somewhere you shouldn't weight train more than 40 mins a day.
