I have tried to do 20 -30 sit ups a day, I have been doing this for about two weeks, I guess I may be ust a little impatient, but I don't see any results.I have a normal teens body, with " Latina" curves. All my my weight seems to lay on my tummy, thighs and calves. My body is very muscular, but for the moment I am currently trying to focus on my tummy area. I can wear size 7 hip hugger jeans with out my tummy folding over my belt, but when I sit down I see rolls, which bother me when I'm at the beach. Any suggestions, should I continue sit ups, or try a different method? ( My tummy pudges out lol. )
Try dieting and cardio (running, jugging, etc...), something that gets your heart pumping for a good amount of time. Some say 20 minutes of cardio is good enough, so you can try that. Sit ups alone will not help you achieve a flat stomach. It's a good first step, but you must diet and run too. If you like swimming, that's another way to help you burn calories.

The best thing to get rid of tummy buldge is cardio and a High Protein Low carb diet, And a routine of a least 60 sit ups a day alternating between different kinds from crunches to leg to chest , and bicycle crunches. But mainly cardio will shed the fat at least 30 min every other day
