Hi,i have a Crossbow and a pair of dumbells.I want to gain some muscle,i am pretty skinny,not bone skinny but i could use some muscle.I have searched all over the web for programs and have had no luck.
I also would like a little help determining what weight i should be using and how often i should workout,in order to build muscle.
If its possible i would rather just use the dumbells instead of the Crossbow,it just dont feel that same as real weight.But im not sure how to work my legs with just dumbells so any help there?
Can anyone help me out here?
