Gynecomastia is the growth of large breasts in males. After puberty the only way to reduce them is surgery. Liposuction & gland removal are both used sometimes.

Millions of males have gyneconmastia & accept the breasts as a natural part of them. Take a look at the guys wearing T-shirts in the malls or on TV. You are not alone. I have large 40C boobs myself. Just lost some fat & went down from a 42C.

It can be the same process. Sometimes it is mammary glandular tissue which is cut out and sometimes it is just fat & is sucked out by liposuction. It cost about $4000 to $7000 each time it is done.

If it is glandular & the underlying cause is not fixed they will probably grow back.

Many boys going through puberty have puffy nipples, they sometimes go away after the hormones get balanced in a year of so.

The breast growth in males & females is cause by estrogen E2. During puberty both male & female hormones have highs & lows for a while. Both sexes produce testosterone & estrogen. When the body finally gets balanced the males will have about 10 times more testosterone than females & the females will have about 10 times more estrogen than the males. But they all have both hormone groups.

If theses ratios get messed up then then the males can grow breasts & the females will have small breasts. The unbalance can also cause other problems in the sexual desire & performance dept. Testosterone is the main source of sexual desire.
