Counting calories and fat intake? How?
Counting calories seems to be a very important step i'm missing. I'm just wondering how does one know exactly how many calories are in what. I know what's in my salad dressing but not what's in my salad???? Same goes with watching fat intake...if somethings labeled great but there are a lot of foods i eat that are not labeled. Fresh foods? I found a few places on the net but not everything was there...do you guys have counter books?
