I'm sure somewhere this has been brought up before, but is there any given exercise that is simple, and not too difficult that targets that front pooch area on women(in 4-5 weeks preferably).....it seems i do cardio, but the pooch remains.
Sorry, but there's no such thing as spot reduction. If you want to lose that pooch, you need to lower your overall body fat. Trust me, it'll go away. It just takes a lot of cardio and a very clean diet.
diet, cardio and CRUNCH CRUNCH CRUNCH. This is the only thing that targeted my baby belly. Lots of crunches and cardio. There is really no easy way to flat abs. Unfortunately. It is so worth it just to do it. Nike knows what they're talking about. Best wishes
