Tone Butt, legs

Hi, can anyone suggest any exc. that will help with toning you rear, thighs, calfs.... Lower half

I heard squats really help those areas .. Is this true?

Invest in a DVS/VHS called "New York City Ballet Workout". It is mostly floor barre (laying on back and tummy), and standing center; not much cardio; and will work your rear and legs. Plies are essentially squats but done gracefully and slow. Firms them up, not flattens. Builds muscle tone. I do it every day and love it.

Use an elliptical machine. Ever since I started using that and doing squats, I've gotten more compliments than I ever got before.
