curls

wide grip versus narrow grip when curling-(ez curl bar)
any opinions

wide grip targets the outer head of the bicep...I read in muscle and fitness it supposed to be better. Dont go too wide, just a little more than shoulder width.

Having a wider grip will add more suppination of the wrist allowing a better peak contraction at the top of the movement
