What exactly are your goals? General fitness? Without knowing the exact nature of your condition, I'd have to say try out low intensity programs (like yoga or water/pool workouts, or resistance bands) and stay with whatever does not cause pain. Without being present and able to gauge progress, it's tough to make a good recommendation though.
