leg work effect upper body?
I have a question. I kinda asked it a few months ago but didnt really get an answer. can working your legs cause your upper body to get bulkier. The reason I say this is that after doing lower body weight training for a couple months my abs seems a little thicker then they used to and I have cut back a ton on working my abs. I want a flat toned stomach and not a bulky (not to say thats what I have but its bulkier then it used to be) one. does anyone know if this can have an effect? I eat a lot of fiber, could that make me seem bulier in terms of bloating maybe. anyone have an idea on this?
