Acne & Protein
I know this has been discussed before. But, I recently came up with a conclusion of my own concerning whey and acne. Some people say whey makes them break out, others say there's no way. For me, if I take 1 scoop of whey/day, my acne remains the same. However, if I take more than 1 scoop/day, then my acne definetly worsens. I have actually tested this out and it holds true for me. Does anyone else find that this happens? So I am definetly considering switching to soy protein. Anyone have any comments about soy protein and acne?
