Will Pepperocini Peppers cause me problems?
I have recently started cardio and reisistance training to assist with my weight loss as well as adjusting my diet... the problem is when I have the cravings that would typically push me to eat tons of mexican food, I have been eating pepperocini peppers instead ( I love 'em!!) the question is...how will this affect my weight loss, moreover fat loss, I know they are very high in sodium, but that's about it as far as nutritional information.... I know with high sodium I will retain extra water, but I'm really not concerned with that as long as I'm continuing to burn fat.. I know I can quickly and easily lose water weight..... any ideas, suggestions??
