Anybody know good excercises or general tips for taking a few inches off your back end? I sadly got my mother's wide hips and large butt, and I'd like to slim that area down a bit. I don't need to take weight off anywhere else, though.
Nope. Can't do it. If you are carrying excess weight in your hips and butt, you need to lose weight, period. You can't "spot tone" any particular area. Of course, that will be the LAST area where you lose weight. It's a woman thing... kind of like guys carry their excess weight around their waist.
