| Chest Muscles?
Ok, there was a post similar to this from a girl, so I wanted to ask about myself, a guy.
I've always been overweight and had "man boobs" or whatever else you want to call it. I did the whole bench/incline/decline circuits for high school football, and despite benching 330lbs, they've always been there. I've lost a good chunk of weight through healthy eating and cardio exercise. I'm now lighter than I've ever been. My chest has improved dramatically. In fact, if I'm laying down, it is very firm, tight, and flat.
However, if I am standing up there is still a little something there. It's not just saggy skin, but I'm not fully convinced that it's fat either, as the entire area is just so firm and flat when I'm laying down. My chest does appear to be "smaller" in size after a workout though. I know genetics can play a role, and am somewhat familiar with gynecomastia, but just wondered if anyone had any insight outside of those possibilities? Think it's just fat that shifts around and I should stick with the treadmill, is there a muscle involved that needs to be toned?
