Unhappy Question on losing body fat

I'm hoping someone can help me, I have two weddings I am standing up in this summer and I can't seem to get rid of the stomach bulge. I've always had it and it seems to be getting worse. I lost 10 lbs 6 months ago and know I've been slacking and I gained 5 of it back, I only weigh 115 lbs and I'm slim everywhere else except my stomach it makes me look like I'm 6 months pregnant (which I'm not). Can anyone offer any advice as to what worked for you to get rid of the stomach fat. I've been trying to drink at least 8 glasses of water and walk on my gazelle but I have such a busy life style that I don't have time to work out for 2 hours a night. I would like to find something that is quick and that works. Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

You may just have the 'pooch' which can be extraordinarily hard to lose (your body simply has more fat cells in that area sometimes). However, adding some resistance training might help your body to healthfully lose some more fat. How tall are you?

When I started doing lots of aerobics, I lost my stomach fat. I tried doing sit-ups, but they didn't work! When I did crunches at the gym on the machine it got firmer, but aerobics burns the fat from your stomach, believe it or not! I'm 50 and my stomach is flat!

Isn't it also true that women are supposed to have somewhat of a rounded lower stomach that is naturally there for future child-bearing? I know there are lots of women who are really flat there but its something to think about.
