Stomach fat
Hi, I weigh 301 and I go to the gym every other day, I don't eat that much, and I have a very physical job. However, most of my weight is in my stomach. I can't get my stomach fat to go down no matter what I do. Does anyone have any tips for me about how to reduce my stomach? What kinds of exercise videos could I get that wouldn't be too hard for someone my size? No mean replies, please...I am trying really hard to lose this weight, and I get made fun of enough when I go to the gym.
