Here is my routine:
Tues & Sat: Upper Body (Chest, Arms and Shoulders) 45-50 minutes
Mon & Thurs: Legs, Glutes about 30 minutes
I do cardio on the other days.
I focus a lot on dumbbells because I exercise at home.
I am consuming about 100 grams of protein a day.
I am 30 years old , 6'2" 185lbs. I lost about 20lbs before I began lifting and this really helped tighten my stomach.
I have been doing this routine and varying my exercises for about 1 month.
I have noticed some toning and definition and am now motivated to stick with it.
My main goal is to gain about 15lbs of muscle, particularly in my arms.
