Do you belong to a gym? I can't exactly give you a specific routine I'm not an expert, but can tell you what I do while in the gym. I do resistance training 3x/week and cardio 4-5x/week (when I'm not traveling). While working out is important, so is your diet. I've never had any of the carbonated water stuff and would recommend just drinking water. I drink tons of it daily and sometimes I make sun tea and add some lemon. My diet consists of eating balanced meals with snacks in between. I travel for my job, so I try and make good decisions when I have to eat out, but while at home I usually stick to chicken, tuna, egg whites, fruit, veges and cereal with soy milk. I'm not good with dairy so don't eat yogurt or cheese, but those are good snacks. Feel free to ask me anything.
