It's not really that complicated, but some of the moves require kicking and speed movements which may be tougher. You can do the best you can with them and still get a good workout, but an aerobics type video may be easier.
But your success is going to be 80% diet. Exercise definitely helps and gets the body moving and toned, but you absolutely must change your eating habits or you may never see a pound drop. All the exercise in the world won't compensate for a bad diet.
