Headaches for past few days...

Hi guys, I've been having headaches everyday for the past 3 or 4 days. It all started on Saturday, at around 5 or 6 PM. It lasted all night until I went to sleep.
The next morning I was fine, I worked out in the morning. Then at around 3 or 4 PM, the same headache came back. I decided to take a nap to see if it would alleviate it. When I woke up, I felt fine for a while, and then I started to feel it creep back on me. I decided to take 1 Advil to make it go away. It went away mostly, but I could still feel it slightly.
The next day, I felt fine in the morning again, except it started to come earlier. I felt it around 11AM, and so decided to take 1 Advil again. It was helping, but later in the day around 2PM I could feel it coming on again, so I took another Advil. For the rest of the day I could feel it on and off, and by the end of the day I felt better.
Today, I'm starting to feel it again. It's the same feeling, kind of like my head is throbbing. It also feels like my head is stuffy, and sometimes it feels like it has something to do with my sinuses. I recently stopped taking Hydroxycut, (the first day my headaches came) which has a lot of caffeine, so I think maybe that might have to do with it? I was taking 3 pills a day. I'm really confused, someone please help me.. has this happened to anyone who stopped Hydroxycut?

Re: Headaches for past few days...

Sounds like caffeine withdrawl to me...You probably should have weaned off of it slowly over a couple days or a week rather than stopping abruptly. I don't know how long you were on it, but the worst should be over after 3-4 days. Make sure to drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruits and veggies if you aren't already!
