Has anyone found a good way of getting that stingy fat to leave in the inner thigh area?? I have successfully toned my body pretty well, but that is my hardest area...any suggestions??
do you use the inner thigh weight machines at the gym? they'l help you put on abit of muscle so you'll look more toned. only way i can suggest to reduce the actual amount of fat is keep up a good cardio routine. good luck
