| Question about high reps/low weight while losing weight.
Hi. I'm trying to lose a few pounds and trim down. I'm not fat by any means; I'd like to lose some muscle and appear trim and cut.
Right now, I weigh 200 lbs and bench 200 lbs in three sets of eight repetitions.
I was wondering what would be a recommended weight and rep level for maintaining definition while I trim down. I was thinking maybe 160 lbs in three sets of 12 or 14.
What do you think/advise?
