 sick and stitch
ok trying to do my bit of exercise.
havent exercised for a few months and went running just this morning.
i know im unfit but really............after literally jogging only a few metres i got side stitch so bad i had to stop.
i didnt let it get the best of me so i walked fast for a few metres to keep up my heart beep and kept my breathing deep and flowing and then continued to run. the stitchign never stopped and to top it off i begun to feel sick so bad that the vomit was already in my gullet nearly ready to come out. i wasnt actually sick and i know im unfit but is this normal to say i didnt do much running?
ps. the stitches stopped when i was just walking or power walking even, but the sickness continued until i rested fully.
help!
