| Eating hrs before exercising
I was wondering if it is OK to eat 2 hrs before exercising. In the morning I usually have a good 300 calorie breakfast high on the protein side then I hit the gym at 10 am, do 30 mins of weight training and then 45 mins of intense cardio afterwards usually around 11:30 am I always have a whey protein shake with fruit. My goal as always is fat loss, I was wondering if the meal timing here was OK?
