i always thought that whey protein was the most bio-available form of protein for the human body, but i read recently that egg whites are 93% useable. does this mean that whey protein is higher than 93%, or are egg whites better than whey protein? i'm confused. which is better out of the two for building muscle?
also been reading alot about cow's milk and hows its not that great for. is whey protein casein free completely? the casein in milk is not that digestible, is whey free of casein?
i'd be very much grateful if someone could clarify these issues for me.
